In the winter semester 2025/2026, I gave an advanced
lecture on the law of performance failure. The lecture covers the part of the
law of obligations that is traditionally most relevant in exams.

Study papers
You cannot write a study paper on the topic of this
lecture. However, you have the opportunity to write a study paper on sales law
(with a focus on breaches of contract) during the winter semester break in
anticipation of my lecture on sales law in the summer semester 2026.
The topics
will be announced on Monday, 2 March 2026.
The
projects are to be submitted on Monday, 13 April 2026.
