In the winter semester 2026/202, I give an advanced
lecture on the law of performance failure. The lecture covers the part of the
law of obligations that is traditionally most relevant in exams.

You cannot write a study paper on the topic of this lecture.
However, you have the opportunity to write a study paper on sales law (with a
focus on breaches of contract) during the winter semester break in anticipation
of my lecture on sales law in the summer semester 2027.
The topics will be announced on Monday, 1 March 2027.
The projects are to be submitted on Monday, 12 April 2027.
