at Humboldt University in Berlin, as well as legal materials and case law references
on the topics I deal with academically, without claiming to be complete or up
to date and exclusively for non-commercial, purely academic purposes. I do not
pursue any commercial purposes with this and am not available for commercial
electronic communication.

copyright on the documents, materials and references I have written. I make
them available exclusively for personal use. You are responsible for the lawful
